Story
Hi there!
We are fundraising for White Cloud Foundation aswe are thrilled to be two of their Leaping Lads for 2023.
While we are taking the challenge of abseiling down the Kangaroo Point cliffs on Thursday 12 October, many of us face challenges everyday battling depression and anxiety.
What White Cloud do is support and treat Queenslanders struggling with depression and anxiety by providing easy and free access to treatment and support through its telehealth service. They also provide practical support to new and expecting mothers experiencing perinatal depression through their Meals for Mums service.
Depression in all forms is a serious health issue and, like most people, we have been confronted with it in my life.
We want to help those suffering from depression and anxiety to get the treatment and support they need by raising funds for White Cloud's clinical and practical services.

White Cloud's aim is to assist people at the early onset of depression or anxiety to both prevent the disease from developing and build resilience for the future.
